School Vending

As part of our commitment to school vending programs, the Wisconsin Dairy Council/Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board has created a Google Docs database that includes Vending Products, Vending Sales & Servicers and Best Management Practices for Vending.

To keep this list current and viable we ask that schools add products, vending service companies and share success stories to this Google Doc.

Smart Snacks Guidelines

To help navigate the new Smart Snacks guidelines, WMMB has also created a brief overview of the requirements for vending and competitive food items sold during school hours.

All foods sold during school hours are now part of DPI’s audit for school nutrition programs. Be sure to discuss your vending items and any questions that you might have with your school’s nutrition professional.

Please feel free to contact the Wisconsin Dairy Council/Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board with any questions related to your milk and dairy vending machines.
